Terms and Conditions: NIVEA MEN Shave-a-Balloon Challenge App

  1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Beiersdorf UK Ltd, their agents or families or anyone else connected with the promotion.
  2. The closing dates for competition entries within the NIVEA MEN Shave-a-Balloon Challenge app are as follows:
    • Weekly Prize 1 - 17/03/2017 at 11.59am
    • Weekly Prize 2 - 24/03/2017 at 11.59am
    • Weekly Prize 3 - 31/03/2017 at 11.59am
    • Overall Prize - 31/03/2017 at 11.59am
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. Only one entry per person will be eligible for the Overall Prize draw, unless the individual follows the prompt to share their score, upon which they will receive a second entry. No more than 2 entries per person will be eligible for the Overall Prize draw.
  5. Valid email address and Internet access is required. To enter, please submit a score within the NIVEA MEN Shave-a-Balloon Challenge app.
  6. In order to submit a score within the NIVEA MEN Shave-a-Balloon Challenge app you will be required to provide us with some personal data which will allow us to contact you to arrange the prize details.
  7. Each of the 3x Weekly Prize winners will be the person who submits the highest score by 11:59am on 17/03/2017, 24/03/2017 and 31/03/2017. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The 3x Weekly Prize winners will each receive:
    • 1x Liverpool FC 2016/17 Home SS Shirt, signed by Divock Origi
    • 1x Liverpool FC 2016/17 Home SS Shirt, signed by Dejan Lovren
    • 1x Liverpool FC 2016/17 Home GK Shirt, signed by Simon Mingolet
    • 1x NIVEA MEN ‘Sensitive Style’ giftpack signed by at least 1 of the aforementioned players
    • Official Liverpool FC Club Certification for these signed materials
    • At least 2x other pieces of official LFC merchandise – items provided at discretion of the promoter.
    • At least 2x other NIVEA MEN products – items provided at discretion of the promoter.
  9. The 2x Overall Prize winners will be selected at random from all valid entries by an independent judge after 11.59am on 31/03/2017. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The 2x Overall Prize winners will each receive:
    • 2x Passes to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Liverpool FC’s Melwood Training Facility, including a meet-the-team experience, scheduled to take place in May 2017, specific date TBC.
    • Please note there is no transportation or accommodation included in the prize – winners must arrange travel to and from the event at their own expense.
    • Please also note that NIVEA MEN cannot be held responsible for any changes to the staging of an event outside of our control, for example a change of date or venue for the prize experience.
  11. At least 2x other pieces of official LFC merchandise – items provided at discretion of the promoter.
  12. At least 2x other NIVEA MEN products – items provided at discretion of the promoter.
  13. The competition will not be open to you and your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to);
    • You are under 18 years old
    • You reside outside of the UK during the competition time
  14. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
  15. Winners will be contacted via Facebook and via e-mail and will be required to confirm their receipt of the message within 7 days. If winners do not respond on the same day Beiersdorf reserve the right to select an alternative winner(s).
  16. The winners may be required to take part in publicity. Submission of an entry is deemed as acceptance of these terms.
  17. All entries and the rights to publish, edit and/or distribute them become the property of Beiersdorf UK Ltd.
  18. The name of winners can be obtained by sending a SAE to Beiersdorf UK Ltd, 2010 Solihull Parkway, Birmingham, B37 7YS no more than 3 months after the final closing date.
